We just joined a new Bible Study Group in Irvine. One common thread in the small groups seems to be the refreshments. Among the many offerings was this simple but great tasting "dip" made by Pam the hostess for the night. She said that it was making the local rounds now.
Caramel Cream Cheese Dip with apple wedges
In a pie plate spread soften cream cheese (2-8 oz. pkgs.) Drizzle on some caramel sauce (like Mrs. Richardson's). Top with chopped up Skor candy bars. Serve with apple wedges which have tossed with lemon juice or 7-Up--to keep them from turning brown.
How easy is that!

Hmm...a deconstructed caramel apple. Sounds good.
